      HOW DO I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT EMAIL ADDRESS?

       

      Account email addresses cannot be changed or updated. When creating an account, our system registers the initial email address as the permanent email address linked to your account.

      HOW DO I CHANGE PRODUCT TITLES?

       

      Product titles cannot be changed or updated. This is a feature we are looking to change in the near future.

       

      HOW DO I EXPORT PRODUCTS TO MY STORE?

       

      To export products to your store start by logging in to your Creator Studio account and follow the prompts below:

       

      1. Upload your designs and choose your products
      2. Click the 'Created Merch' tab on the left hand menu
      4. Click 'Export to Your Sales Channels'
      4. Select your sales channel
      5. Click 'Export'

       

      HOW DO I EXPORT PRODUCTS TO MY STORE USING THE CSV OPTION?

       

      To export products to your store start by logging in to your Creator Studio account and follow the prompts below:



      1. Upload your designs and choose your products
      2. Click the 'Created Merch' tab on the left hand menu
      4. Click 'Export to Your Sales Channels'
      4. Select 'Universal CSV'
      5. Click 'Export'
      6. Click 'Submit'

       

      HOW DO I IMPORT ORDERS?

       

      To import your orders for fulfillment start by logging in to your Creator Studio account and follow the prompts below:

       

      1. Upload your designs and choose your products
      2. Click the 'Sales' tab on the left hand menu
      4. Click 'Import Orders'
      4. Select your sales channel
      5. Click 'Import'
      6. Enter your store URL and select your CSV file

       

      HOW DO I OPEN A KIN CUSTOM SHOP?

       

      To open your FREE Kin Custom Shop start by logging in to your Creator Studio account and follow the prompts below:

       

      1. Click the 'Your Shop' tab on the left hand menu
      2. Click 'Get Started'
      3. Enter your shop name and click 'Save'
      4. Choose a subdomain (ex: sunnyskater.kincustom.com)
      5. Click 'Create Store'

       

      HOW DO I ADD CREATED MERCH TO MY KIN CUSTOM SHOP?

       

      To add created merch to your Kin Custom Shop start by logging in to your Creator Studio account and follow the prompts below:

       

      1. Click the 'Your Shop' tab on the left hand menu
      2. Click 'Edit' 
      3. Choose products
      4. Click 'Save'

       

      WHERE CAN I FIND THE URL TO MY KIN CUSTOM SHOP?

       

      To find your Kin Custom Shop URL start by logging in to your Creator Studio account and follow the prompts below:

       

      1. Click the 'Your Shop' tab on the left hand menu
      2. Click 'Edit' 
      3. Click 'About'
      4. Select 'Copy URL'

       

      HOW DO I CLOSE MY KIN CUSTOM SHOP?

       

      To close your Kin Custom Shop start by logging in to your Creator Studio account and follow the prompts below:

       

      1. Click the 'Your Shop' tab on the left hand menu
      2. Click 'Edit' 
      3. Click 'About'
      4. Select 'Delete Store'

       

      WHO HOLDS THE RIGHTS TO MY DESIGNS AND ARTWORK?

       

      Our Creators have all rights to their designs and artwork. We simply sublicense for promotional/marketing needs including featuring on our website, social media, emails and the list goes on!

      WHAT FORMAT, SIZE, AND RESOLUTION SHOULD MY DESIGNS BE?

       

      Our design guidelines are as follow:

       

            • File formats: jpg, png, and bmp

            • Size: No larger than 10MB

            • Resolution: 300 dpi

      MY ARTWORK HAS A WHITE BACKGROUND, WILL YOU REMOVE IT BEFORE PRINTING?

       

      We do not remove the white background from your designs. We print your designs the way they are uploaded by you to respect your creative process. We encourage you to upload your files in PNG format for the white background to disappear when it's added to merch.

      HOW DO I ORDER SAMPLES?

       

      To order samples at wholesale cost start by logging in to your Creator Studio account and follow the prompts below:

       

      1. Upload your design on the products you would like samples of
      2. Add product title, tags, & design description
      3. Click the 'Created Merch' tab
      4. Select the design & click 'Order Samples'

      HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY DESIGNED MERCH TO BE APPROVED?

       

      All designs are approved immediately. Designs must abide by our Terms of Use. Accounts with designs violating our Terms of Use will be terminated with or without notice.

      HOW DO I DELETE A DESIGN?

       

      To delete a design start by logging in to your Creator Studio account and follow the prompts below:

       

      1. Click the 'Designs' tab in the left hand menu
      2. Check off the box in the upper right corner of the design you want erased
      3. Click 'Delete' in the upper white bar

       

      HOW DO I CHANGE THE MARKUP COST OF MY PRODUCT?

       

      To edit the cost of your merch please log in to the Creator Studio and follow the prompts below:

       

      1. Go to 'Created Merch' on the left hand menu
      2. Under 'Designs' highlight the design you want to update
      3. Under 'Price' click 'Edit'

       

      HOW DO I CLOSE MY ACCOUNT?

       

      Before we close your account we encourage you to delete your designs from the Creator Studio and complete customer orders. Designs left behind will be deemed as abandoned and become Kin Custom property. Orders fulfilled after your account is closed will become Kin Custom sales.

       

      After deleting your designs and completing your customer orders please fill out the Contact Us form and someone from our Customer Care team will be in touch within 24 hours or the next business day.
