      To view our price list start by logging in to your Creator Studio account and follow the prompts below:

       

      1. Choose one of the recommended designs or upload one of your own
      2. Hover over the design and click 'Apply Design to your Products'

       

      This will apply your design to all merch available and display the starting cost for each item individually.

       

      WHAT IF I DON'T SEE THE PRODUCT I WANT LISTED ON YOUR SITE?

       

      We offer products based on general demand. Don't see what you're looking for? Request it! We're always listening and open to suggestions. The more demand we see for a product, the more likely we will consider adding it to our product selection.

      WHAT PRINTING CAPABILITIES DO YOU FEATURE?

       

      UV, transfer, and digital printing techniques allow designs to be printed all over onto materials and fabrics so you can add any personal touch anywhere.

       

      WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?

       

      We do not have a minimum order quantity. You can order as low as one item per order.

       

      CAN I CREATE AND ORDER PRODUCTS WITHOUT HAVING TO INTEGRATE MY STORE OR OPEN A SHOP?

       

      Absolutely! Whether the merch you're customizing is for your store or yourself, it's up to you.

       

      DO YOU OFFER WHITE LABEL PACKAGING?

       

      Yes! We proudly offer our Creators the capability to add their custom logos to the packaging that comes with each item including product labels, hang tags, shoe insoles, shoe boxes and poly bags for a small fee of $5 per product.

      The white label packaging option can be found under 'Settings' in your Creator Studio account.

       

      If you're not interested in our white label option all packaging will have Kin Custom's logo on it.

       

      WHAT IF I AM NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR WHITE LABEL SERVICE?

       

      If you're not interested in our white label option all packaging will have Kin Custom's logo on it.

       

      CAN ALL MY PRODUCTS BE ORDERED AS SAMPLES?

       

      You can order as many samples as you want. In fact, we encourage our Creators to order samples before placing a bulk order. This ensures they are in love with the product before selling it to their customers.

      To order samples at wholesale cost start by logging in to your Creator Studio account and follow the prompts below:

       

      1. Upload your design on the products you would like samples of
      2. Add product title, tags, & design description
      3. Click the 'Created Merch' tab
      4. Select the design & click 'Order Samples'

      WHERE CAN I GET INFORMATION ON BULK ORDERS?

       

      For information on bulk orders, please fill out oubulk order request form.

       

      MY PRODUCT WAS PRINTED INCORRECTLY, WHAT DO I DO?

       

      Please submit a return request. Start by logging in to your Creator Studio account and follow the prompts below:

       

      1. Click the 'Sales' tab on the left hand menu
      2. Click 'Returns' 
      3. Submit your inquiry with photos of defective merch

       

      We'll be in contact within 24 hours or by the next business day.

       

      MY PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED WHEN IT ARRIVED, WHAT DO I DO?

       

      Please submit a return request. Start by logging in to your Creator Studio account and follow the prompts below:

       

      1. Click the 'Sales' tab on the left hand menu
      2. Click 'Returns' 
      3. Submit your inquiry with photos of damaged merch

       

      We'll be in contact within 24 hours or by the next business day.

       

      HOW CAN I MODIFY AN ORDER THAT IS ALREADY SUBMITTED?

       

      We move quickly to cut, print, and ship your customized merch in the shortest time frame possible. Due to the nature of our business once an order is submitted it cannot be modified.

       

      HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED?

       

      We have an average 3 day production and FREE 7-10 business day delivery. Want your merch delivered quicker? Expedited shipping is available at checkout.

       

      HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

       

      We move quickly to cut, print, and ship your customized merch in the shortest time frame possible. Due to the nature of our business once an order is submitted it cannot be cancelled. Because customized merch cannot be restocked, it cannot be returned.  All sales are final.

       

      We encourage our Creators to always take a second look at their designed product and orders before submitting.
