WHERE CAN I FIND TRACKING INFORMATION FOR MY ORDERS
To view tracking information and order details for you or your customers orders start by logging in to your Creator Studio account and follow the prompts below:
1. Click the 'Sales' tab on the left hand menu
2. Click 'All Orders'
MY ORDER HAS BEEN SENT, WHY DON'T I SEE THE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Your order was shipped but it can take up to 48 hours for tracking information to show up in a carrier's tracking system. Note that international shipment tracking may take up to a few days to display tracking information. To minimize confusion, please notify your customers.
WHAT COUNTRIES DOES KIN CUSTOM SHIP TO?
We offer the following countries FREE standard shipping with the option for expedited shipping available at checkout:

WHAT IF MY CUSTOMER'S SHIPPING ADDRESS IS INCORRECT?
If your customer's shipping address is incorrect please contact us immediately at email@example.com with the following information:
1. Order number
2. Email address order was placed with
3. Correct shipping address
If the order has already been shipped it is your responsibility to contact the carrier. If they are unable to deliver the package it will be returned to our facility. Once the package arrives we will contact you to confirm the correct address and shipping charges.
WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FROM PROCESSING ORDER TO DELIVERY?
We have an average 3 day production and FREE 7-10 business day delivery. Want your merch delivered quicker? Expedited shipping is available at checkout.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A PACKAGE HAS MULTIPLE DELIVERY ATTEMPTS, BUT NO PACKAGE IS RECEIVED?
If the package is not able to be delivered successfully as multiple attempts were made by the carrier, its the customer who is responsible for contacting the carrier to arrange for delivery. Otherwise, the customer may risk the package being destroyed by the carrier.
Kin Custom is not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages whose address is incomplete/incorrect. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. If you believe your package may have been lost, stolen, or had multiple attempts for delivery, please contact the carrier directly.
